Locally owned Aqua Systems, a division of Rutts Inc., has been your source for water treatment and bottled water in south central Montana for over 50 years. Based in Laurel, Montana, with a warehouse in Hardin, Montana, we strive for excellence in our service and the quality of our product.

What We Do

We solve water problems. Based in Laurel, MT we have the largest and most qualified service department in a three-state area. The people in our service department have over 80 years of combined experience. Unlike the "big box" or discount stores, we sell, rent, and continue to service our equipment after the sale -the solution to your water problems. 

We also manufacture and bottle Rutts Montana Valley Bottled Water in our Laurel plant. Using reverse osmosis, ozone, and stainless-steel storage tanks, you can rely on the quality and the purity of Rutts Montana Valley Bottled Water.

Our Philosophy

"The product is only as good as the service behind it.”  If you have hard water, water contamination, objectionable taste, odor, or staining, don’t hesitate to give us a call or bring a water sample by the office. A friendly and knowledgeable staff member will test your water or visit your home or business and get to the bottom of your water problem. After a free water-analysis, you will receive recommmendations as to what will best correct the situation.

Residential Water Treatment is available to take care of hard water, water that stains or is smelly, and water with poor drinking quality, in addition to a multitude of other water problems.

For 15 years we have been called Water Specialties, and we have established a reputation of service and quality with our many loyal customers.

We recently made the decision to update our company image and expand once again. 

Over the next few months our name will be changing to Aqua Systems. Aqua Systems is a group of independently owned water treatment companies that are dedicated to providing the highest quality products and services to their customers. The benefit to the Aqua Systems dealers is the consistent look that begins to increase consumer awareness and brand recognition.
